Every session every client every dollar
Book your sessions, tap Done after each one, and see what you earned, what came in and who still owes you.
For dog walkers, pet sitters, tutors, coaches, babysitters, cleaners, lawn care and garden work, and anyone who gets paid by the visit.
Made for the work you do.
Charge by the hour and the app works out the amount from your start and end times. Families you sit for every week stay booked.
Track your hours.
How many hours was Friday? Who still owes for last weekend?
Put in when you started and finished, and Done works out what the family owes, even past midnight.
Pictures show a sample account. Tap one to see the whole screen.
Plan your week.
Set a family you sit for every week once and it repeats every week, every other week, or every 3 or 4 weeks.
Each family has its own price.
$22 an hour to babysit, $25 for a school pickup, $120 a night, or $450 a week as their nanny.
A weekly price is added on its day, and you can skip a week.
See who still owes you.
You see who owes what, and for how long. Send balance writes the text with the amount and what it's for, so all you do is press Send.
The text goes to the mom or dad you text. Save their Venmo and Venmo request opens Venmo to ask for the amount.
Earned and collected, side by side.
Lots of nights out, but what came in? Earned is the hours you worked. Collected is what families paid.
See which families pay you the most, and your best weeks.
Money the way people really pay.
Paid for Friday but not Saturday?
Log what they paid. It comes off their oldest jobs first, and the rest stays owed.
Paid for next week up front?
The extra waits as credit and comes off what they owe next.
Raised your rate?
Jobs you already did keep what they were charged. A new weekly price starts with the next week.
Forgot to tap Done?
Catch up last week: tap the days you sat for them, type the hours, and it adds up what they owe.
Made a mistake?
Fix the balance or delete the wrong entry. Forgiving a balance isn't counted as money you made.
You log every payment yourself. Nothing is ever marked paid for you.
Ready for tax time.
See your year by month, by service and by how families paid, with the US tax dates.
Copy it in one tap, or download the year's payments as a file. It's your own record, not tax advice.
No card needed.
Working with a team?
Share jobs with other sitters? Add up to 5, pick who takes each job, and see what you owe each one.
Team is for helpers you pay. They don't sign in: you text each one their week.
And the small stuff.
Reminders on your phone
Once it's on your home screen: a summary each morning, and a nudge at night if a job isn't done.
Remind client
A text to the parent about your next job, ready to send from your phone.
Tasks
A short to do list, like a bedtime to remember, with a family on it if you want.
Your records
All your jobs and payments in one file.
Families never see it
They get a text from you and pay you by Venmo, Zelle or cash.
Pause or archive a family
Pausing stops a weekly price and stops repeats adding new jobs. Jobs already booked stay. Archive hides them until you restore them.

I walk dogs. I built this for myself first.

I have 15 regular clients. For a long time a planner worked fine. Then I started losing track of who had paid me. The apps I found were either too simple or made for accountants, so I built my own.
