Every session every client every dollar
Book your sessions, tap Done after each one, and see what you earned, what came in and who still owes you.
For dog walkers, pet sitters, tutors, coaches, babysitters, cleaners, lawn care and garden work, and anyone who gets paid by the visit.
Made for the work you do.
Walks, pet sitting and overnight stays, each at its own price. Group walks too, and your regulars repeat every week.
Track each walk.
Who paid for which walks? Who still owes for last week?
Every walk and drop-in, in order. Tap Done and it's added to what that owner owes.
Pictures show a sample account. Tap one to see the whole screen.
Plan your week.
Set a regular walk once and it repeats every week, every other week, or every 3 or 4 weeks.
Each client has their own price.
$25 a walk, $35 for two dogs from one home, $20 a drop-in, $60 a night, or $85 a week.
A weekly price is added on its day, and you can skip a week while they're away. A group walk charges each client who came.
See who still owes you.
You see who owes what, and for how long. Send balance writes the text with the amount and what it's for, so all you do is press Send.
The text goes to the owner you text, already written. Save their Venmo and Venmo request opens Venmo to ask for the amount.
Earned and collected, side by side.
Lots of walks, but is the money coming in? Earned is the walks you did. Collected is what owners paid.
See whether walks, drop-ins or overnights bring in the most, and your best weeks.
Money the way people really pay.
Paid for some of the walks?
Log what the owner paid. It comes off their oldest walks first, and the rest stays owed.
Paid for next month up front?
The extra waits as credit and comes off what they owe next.
Raised your price?
Walks you already did keep what they were charged. A new weekly price starts with the next week.
Forgot to tap Done?
Catch up last week: tap the days you walked them and it adds up what they owe.
Made a mistake?
Fix the balance or delete the wrong entry. Forgiving a balance isn't counted as money you made.
You log every payment yourself. Nothing is ever marked paid for you.
Ready for tax time.
See your year by month, by service and by how owners paid, with the US tax dates.
Copy it in one tap, or download the year's payments as a file. It's your own record, not tax advice.
No card needed.
Working with a team?
Other walkers help out? Add up to 5, pick who takes each walk, and see what you owe each one.
Team is for helpers you pay. They don't sign in: you text each one their week.
And the small stuff.
Reminders on your phone
Once it's on your home screen: a summary each morning, and a nudge at night if a walk isn't done.
Remind client
A text to the owner about their next walk, ready to send from your phone.
Tasks
A short to do list, like picking up a key, with a client on it if you want.
Your records
All your walks and payments in one file.
Owners never see it
They get a text from you and pay you by Venmo, Zelle or cash.
Pause or archive a dog
Pausing stops a weekly price and stops repeats adding new walks. Walks already booked stay. Archive hides them until you restore them.

I walk dogs. I built this for myself first.

I have 15 regular clients. For a long time a planner worked fine. Then I started losing track of who had paid me. The apps I found were either too simple or made for accountants, so I built my own.
