Every session every client every dollar
Book your sessions, tap Done after each one, and see what you earned, what came in and who still owes you.
For dog walkers, pet sitters, tutors, coaches, babysitters, cleaners, lawn care and garden work, and anyone who gets paid by the visit.
Made for the work you do.
Mowing, hedges, leaves and gardening. Set a price for each, tap Done after each visit, and see who owes you, with a text ready to send.
Track each visit.
A lawn on Monday, hedges on Wednesday, leaves on Saturday. Who paid for what?
Every mow, trim and cleanup, in order. Tap Done and it's added to what they owe.
Pictures show a sample account. Tap one to see the whole screen.
Plan your week.
Set a regular lawn once and it repeats every week, every other week, or every 3 or 4 weeks.
Each job has its own price.
$45 to mow, $60 to trim hedges, $50 for a leaf cleanup, $35 an hour for gardening, or $85 a week.
By the hour, Done works out the amount. A weekly price is added on its day, and you can skip a week.
See who still owes you.
You see who owes what, and for how long. Send balance writes the text with the amount and what it's for, so all you do is press Send.
Save your own words once. Save their Venmo and Venmo request opens Venmo to ask for the amount.
Earned and collected, side by side.
A busy season, but what did it add up to? Earned is the work you did. Collected is what came in.
See whether mowing, hedges or gardening bring in the most, and your best weeks.
Money the way people really pay.
Paid part of it?
Log what they paid. It comes off their oldest visits first, and the rest stays owed.
Paid for the season up front?
The extra waits as credit and comes off what they owe next.
Raised your price?
Visits you already did keep what they were charged. A new weekly price starts with the next week.
Forgot to tap Done?
Catch up last week: tap the days you worked on their yard and it adds up what they owe.
Made a mistake?
Fix the balance or delete the wrong entry. Forgiving a balance isn't counted as money you made.
You log every payment yourself. Nothing is ever marked paid for you.
Ready for tax time.
See your year by month, by service and by how you were paid, with the US tax dates.
Copy it in one tap, or download the year's payments as a file. It's your own record, not tax advice.
No card needed.
Working with a team?
Have helpers? Add up to 5, pick who does each visit, and see what you owe each one.
Team is for helpers you pay. They don't sign in: you text each one their week.
And the small stuff.
Reminders on your phone
Once it's on your home screen: a summary each morning, and a nudge at night if a visit isn't done.
Remind client
A text about their next visit, ready to send from your phone.
Tasks
A short to do list, like blades to sharpen, with a client on it if you want.
Your records
All your visits and payments in one file.
Your clients never see it
They get a text from you and pay you by Venmo, Zelle or cash.
Pause or archive a client
Pausing stops a weekly price and stops repeats adding new visits. Visits already booked stay. Archive hides them until you restore them.

I walk dogs. I built this for myself first.

I have 15 regular clients. For a long time a planner worked fine. Then I started losing track of who had paid me. The apps I found were either too simple or made for accountants, so I built my own.
